You can have the best program in the world. A coach in your corner. The motivation to move mountains. But if you're not fueling your body, you're building on an empty foundation. Nutrition isn't separate from your training — it is your training. What you eat before, during, and after your sessions determines how hard you can push, how fast you recover, and how much your body actually changes.

Think of food as your performance tool. Not something to restrict. Not something to feel guilty about. A tool. Protein rebuilds the muscle you break down in training. Carbohydrates power your lifts, your runs, your intensity. Healthy fats keep your hormones balanced and your energy steady. Every meal is either working for you or against you.

This doesn't mean you need to obsess. You don't need to weigh every gram or eat out of meal prep containers for the rest of your life. What you do need is intention. Prioritizing protein at every meal. Eating enough to support your output. Staying hydrated. Cutting out the empty stuff that drains your energy and replaces it with nothing useful.

Your workouts are only as powerful as the fuel behind them. You wouldn't drive a high-performance car on an empty tank and expect it to perform. Your body is no different. Give it what it needs and watch how your training shifts — more energy, better recovery, stronger sessions, real results.

Fuel the work. It all starts at the table.
